Gemini 5/21-6-/21    This is looking like a very amazing, one-of-a-kind month, full of love and life and energy on the 1st and 2nd. And it sure is! This month, be sure you get outside. Be sure you revel in the gifts of nature. Be sure you get in those workouts, so that your body and your soul and Mother Nature are all aligned. When they're aligned, then you're going to be saying, with body and soul and spirit, 'Yes! We love life!' More good days -- full of intellectual stimulation and emotional connection -- come your way on the 6th and 7th. Those intellectual connections could lead to some extremely romantic feelings, shared by both of you on the 11th and 12th. What will you do with these? Whether you act on them or decide not to act on them, you'll really enjoy the special feeling. A business partnership may not be working out exactly the way you had imagined it would on the 17th and 18th. You need to be sure you address any issues you might have, now. It's always better to nip a problem in the bud! Communication may not be your forte on the 22nd and 23rd. Lay low. When's the last time you had a massage? Love is all around you, and you love it on the lovely 28th, 29th and 30th. Money really can't buy happiness on the 31st. Or any other day.

Cancer  6/22-7/22    You could be in the mood to sow some serious wild oats on the 1st and 2nd. If you are, well, why not head out to the community garden with a spade and a watering can (and some oats) and get planting? The closer you can get to the earth right now, the better you'll be feeling. Regardless, come the 3rd, 4th and 5th, you are going to be feeling totally excellent. You look good, people like you, a super cutie thinks you're the cat's meow and you just might get a promotion at work. Yay! Those small details are where all the important things are found on the 8th and 9th. So examine the details! Your coworkers are really important to your quality of life, so why not thank them for all the texture they bring to your daily routine on the 15th or 16th? They'll really appreciate that thoughtful gesture of yours. Money can be a really tricky issue, so if you're getting into any financial relationships with friends, be sure to clarify what everyone's expectations are on the 19th, 20th and 21st. For the gardener: A variation on the bouquet of roses theme is to buy a rose bush.  June is the perfect time to purchase them.  They are everywhere, at the grocery store as well as at the nursery. 

In June they are in full bloom so that you know exactly what they look like.  They can be planted in pots on a deck or patio or in the ground. Rose bush sizes range from tiny (6") extra large (8"+)  and come in many colors. They form bushes or can be trained on trellises.  See some examples below:

In June, a surprise birthday picnic would be a fun birthday option for your special birthday person in a local park or even in your backyard.  Get a basket, fill it with food (purchased or homemade), beverages of your choice.  Don't forget to bring a tablecloth of some sort, glasses and silverware. 

Most of the items that go into the basket can be purchased at the local grocery store.  Of course, a small gift included in that picnic basket would most likely be a hit as well.
Also, you might search Amazon for a large selection of ready-made picnic baskets. The picnic basket itself would make a really nice gift!!

Another option: a birthday barbecue potluck in the park for a small or large group would be another fun option. Decorate with paper decorations from Party City or you could find some cute decorations at the grocery store as well.
